Our shipping, subscription, privacy and terms — in plain language.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is included with every routine and every 90-day program — on the first order and on every renewal. Individual products ship free on orders of $75 or more; below that, shipping is calculated at Shopify's secure checkout before you pay.
Orders are fulfilled after checkout is completed on Shopify and ship within a few business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way.
30-day money-back guarantee. Your first Peptelle order is covered: if it isn't right for you, email admin@peptellebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us and we'll make it right straight away.
Subscription Policy
Every Peptelle routine is a subscription that renews until you cancel it:
- Monthly routines — the Peptide Routine ($79) and the Complete Routine ($119) — are billed and shipped every 30 days. Each delivery includes one of each product in the routine.
- 90-day programs — the 90-Day Peptide Program ($219) and the 90-Day Complete Program ($329) — are billed once every 90 days. Each charge covers three months of the routine: three of each product.
- Individual products bought with Subscribe & Save renew every 30 days at 15% off the individual price.
Each renewal is charged at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you change or cancel. Discounts and the amount due today are shown in your bag and on the order review before you pay; renewal amounts are listed separately there.
You can skip a delivery, pause, change your frequency, or cancel at any time before your next scheduled charge from your Peptelle account (hosted by Shopify), or by emailing admin@peptellebeauty.com.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already shipped.
Privacy
Payment and account information is collected and processed by Shopify on its secure checkout and customer-account pages — never on peptellebeauty.com. We do not see or store your card details.
This site stores your bag, your quiz answers and how you arrived (for example, a creator's link, so their offer and referral carry through to checkout) in your browser's local storage. We may record anonymous interaction events, such as a page or checkout step being viewed, to improve the experience.

Terms
Peptelle products are cosmetic and dietary-supplement products. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the directions and warnings on each label.
The scalp serums are for external use only. Keep the two scalp serums separate and simple: Peptide in the morning, Botanical in the evening. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, lactating, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
